sify iway sucks

I had browed at trichy junction bus stand sify iway,having recharged for Rs.50.,twice my session had to be logged out in 7 minutes and 15 minutes wherein the browsing charge had been deducted twice with 12.50.,

When the problem was with the cafe incharge boy,who had not attended to my problems inspite of my several requests.

It is understood that it was wantedly done as they could gain by wasting the time of a member.

It is really shame on the part of the leading net cafe like SIFY IWAY.

Iam waiting as what action would be taken to re-imburse my wasted browing hours and charges.

Sify Broadband Service Charges

As a cTO m telling you that these Sify people are not paying us anything other than just 25%.They donot support their CTO’s at all.In customers eyes as a CTO we are earning hard lot of money from them But in case if you see it from CTO’s prospective changing of cables switches,hubs,maintaining lines ,paying salaries and other expenses,its not possible for a CTO to sustain in the market in such a way.We are just a mediators and beared rs.80000 losses in one quarter.one single rain or storm and all the line went down.we had to 2 change all the devices some local broadband players came in the market and offered a bit of higher salary to linemens and all the linemens after seeing so much work load went away.Sify people never bothered to provide us niether technical support nor financial support revenue wise.Being highly qualified but still we had to move on roads and climb up those poles on our own to make them function.It took 3days.But in customers eyes we are at fault.Tell is Sify at fault or we…….??????…………………

unlimited sify plan

I am rajkumar i have not got unlimited sify plan till know,rather i have paid for unlimited plan.your service provider provided me 230 rs 400mb connection.may i know is it a techiniqal problem or what.i have completed 230 plan.waht will i do without connection.
NO antivirus installed till know on my PC.so that lots of virus attcked on my pc and corruept it.
Its my humble request to you to solve my problem as soon as possible.
I am waiting for yours kind support.

Sify sucks.

I Agree with you.Sify sucks.I am a franchisee(CTO).The first time i took up the franchisee i had to pay Rs.1,60,000 by cheque.They told me the after 100 connection they will provide a technical engineer.I have more then 200 connections but till now no sign of any technical engineer.Coz i am technically savvy i am managing it.But the other CTO are paying from their pockets to keep their connecitons aliveand if they dont they will have to be in jail.They dont give a damn coz they are getting their money in advance.Their slogan is “Maximum connection minimum staff”.If you have called up their call center you will know what kind of idiots are there.They cant even speak.If complain to the call center they forward it to the local office and the local office due to shortage of staff will forward it to the CTO maybe after a day or will send the case as closed without even informing the CTO.This what sify is all about.Please send me a mail at kumarilbora@gmail.com so that i can nail these bastar…who has made my life so miserable.
