Great Work Ankur

Great Work Ankur. I am also a frustrated Sify user who has suddenly discovered that I am now getting unlimited 256 from pure unlimited 256. In simple language it means that sify is no longer “pure”, and that I have been cheated for the last 3 years, what I thought was dedicated 256 at Rs. 1,000 per month is a shared conection with no gurantee of service or bandwidth. I now get a speed ranging from 4 Kbps to 16 Kbps download and the connection is erratic and frequently disconnects. I am now planning to go to court and would also like to go nto the MRTP and TRAI, asking them to stop the operation of SIFY in India unless they adopt fully transparent policy and stop criminal cheating and fraud on the hapless consumer. We as consumers must jointly fight sify

In April 2006 I renewed by account for 6 months. On Jun 6th 2006 I complained regarding the connectivity problem, since then I am still not able to connect. But neither the gave a refund or could they give a solution. I do stay in Anna Nagar East, Chennai not a remote area. I did not expect this from Sify Customer Service.
