I got Sify broadband connection Plan

I am Sumit Ghai. I got Sify broadband connection Plan:INR [500(registration) + 330(monthly)] on date 22-Dec-2007 at my home 1/109, Vaishali, Ghaziabad . They disconnect my connection on 23-Dec-07 and asked me to pay INR 500 extra to enable it again.
I been to there office. They said, I was using there login credential. However, I was logged-in as per Sify executive advise.
Could you please let me know where I can complaint on this?

I'am facing a very similar problem. Here's the extract of the mail i wrote to Sify:

This has reference to the new connection i took from Sify on 18th December 2007 by paying an upfront payment of Rs. 1500 to Veerender (Mobile No. - 9916699149). My Order reference number is 390138. After drawing the cable, i insisted on paying the money after they established my account and i get the UID and password. But the guys who came to draw the cable said that they will give me a temporary UID through which i was told to access the net till they gave me a new ID (which they had promised will not take more than a couple of hours). Now this is what happens after that:
1. The temporary ID stopped functioning within 5 minutes after they left our house
2. These guys stopped taking my calls soon after that
3. I complained to customer care and procured a complaint No - 6225008
4. Followed up with CC almost 10-15 times
5. Very sad.. but i have not yet received the UID nor any response from the CC team
I had always believed that Sify is a respectable and responsible company, but this episode has totally left me angry and frustrated. I'am getting a feeling that in the name of providing broadband connections, Sify is just collecting upfront money and cheating customers without providing the connection. Now i need either of the following to happen ASAP:
a. Get me a UID immediately (i'll wait till this weekend)
b. Refund my Rs. 1500

If none of the above happens, i will be forced to pursue legal course of action.
Looking forward to a quick response and sincerely hope this gets resolved immediately.
