Sify Broadband Service Charges

As a cTO m telling you that these Sify people are not paying us anything other than just 25%.They donot support their CTO’s at all.In customers eyes as a CTO we are earning hard lot of money from them But in case if you see it from CTO’s prospective changing of cables switches,hubs,maintaining lines ,paying salaries and other expenses,its not possible for a CTO to sustain in the market in such a way.We are just a mediators and beared rs.80000 losses in one quarter.one single rain or storm and all the line went down.we had to 2 change all the devices some local broadband players came in the market and offered a bit of higher salary to linemens and all the linemens after seeing so much work load went away.Sify people never bothered to provide us niether technical support nor financial support revenue wise.Being highly qualified but still we had to move on roads and climb up those poles on our own to make them function.It took 3days.But in customers eyes we are at fault.Tell is Sify at fault or we…….??????…………………
