speed problems

Apart from my problems with speed. I have got local network problems. It
happened on Thursday, then it happened on Friday. Local network pings
are breaking. CTO used expletives for the Sify Chandigarh guys on phone
which i cannot use here. but that does not apparently help me. coz i am
getting around 10% loss on the LOCAL SERVER at this very moment.

Chandigarh office: No help. Call call center
Call center: No response
CTO: waiting for Sify guys
Sify: No replies of Email

Sushubh
