supersify
hi when i use supersify i am getting this message "receive data format error" and i cannot login.but ican login using the
sify broadband client though.so can u tell me what i should do since with this error i am unable to use other software like
keep-alive etc.

I am getting a problem too trying to login with supersify. This is what my error msg reads
"Sify: YOUR MACHINE ID IS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE ALREADY REGISTERED WITH US. PLEASE CALL SIFY AT 1600333330 OR 26932501.
[ERROR 534]
Supersify: Login error. Code: -31"
Though I can log in with Sify's BB Client.
Have they blocked the use of supersify?
login in this way -u username -p password -m your lan card mach adddress

u must have change ur machine parts
hence id generated of ur machine is different
