suffering with connectivity issue

i am using sify broadband from last one month i am suffering with connectivity issue i had made several complain about 150 both telephonic and via mail to all hire authority. but it has spend about one month they did not do any further for my connectivity. i wants to flash this issue to all places i have all record of mail and reciving mail from sify. please tell me how can i do this. if you have any suggation then tell me at deependrapandey1@rediffmail.com
