i am a graphics artist with business concerns in the us and net is amust so i picked up a sify 256 kbps unlimited connection now they say i can’t ususe more than 150mb a day what nonsense my one finshed psd (photoshop file) comes to 200mb now what is the use of me shelling out 1000 bucks per month
think twice when you pick up sify they CHEAT

i got connected by this hell on 10 November 2005
i was kinda xited used my net very happily for rour hours while using it is suddenly received a msg saying ip address conflicted i was kinda busy chatting my girl so i ignored that msg
went 2 sleep
the next day i woke up i started my Pc
Tried connecting my Pc to the net i saw N ERROR SAYING ip conflicts ERROR 101 i tried to play cool called the helpline(my local vendor)
he said u will get rid of it within 2hours i was obsessed seconds turned in minutes, minutes converted in hours and hour converted in a whole day. i woke up the second day made a call to him the same answer i got from him now i was out of my senses when those 2 hours were also converted in a day called my BHAI told him the whole story he gave THE MAN a call he rplied i was busy today will do the needful tomorrow and that to within two hours
well those two hours never came and now it were three days we have been waiting him devote two hours at the end of our patience we went to the local vendor office the whole story began than we were told that the plan i had took was an hourly plan while installing the connection or while choosing the plan nobody told me that than the boss said that its a problem from our end he advised that go home turn on ur pc we went home turned it on now there was a new error ERROR 534 WE two were out of controlle went to his office again started shouting give my money back when he felt that now its out of controlle he called a guy called "atul ji" now we had to tell him the whole story again
at the end "atul ji " made some phone calls and we got our net connected
moral of the story
want customer service/satisfaction GO SIFY
