day only package?

I have a 128 kbps umlimited two-month subscription. But the strange part is I cannot surf at night. After 11.30 PM or 1.30
AM, the connection just dies! Its like I have an "daytime surfing only package".
I have contacted customercare five times, but got no reply. The CTO passes the buck and asks me to call sify. I am
regretting the fat that I selected this pathetic ISP. What am I supposed to do? I want to take legal action against them.
Any suggestions?

HI All,
Please don't ever use the Sify broadband connection. U will get everything but what you want, satisfaction.. and that is guaranteed
