we had problem both with your service and with our computer

I have a Broad band Account at 7B HIG Flats, Swarnim Vihar, Sec 82, Noida - A/c Name : indumukund, Product code QAU1. I enrolled on 10/09/05, but within two days we had problem both with your service and with our computer. Before this could be set right we had to leave on tour outside Delhi and returned only by end of Sep. We asked you to consider waiving the charges for Sep. We have not received any reply, though you said you would consider the same.
For the last few days, we find that we are not getting proper service. More particularly the service is not availble early mornings and till 8 or 9 a.m.nobne seems to attend to the service.
pl look into the same and let us know action taken by you. Call: 9810497764.

I am surprised to see my original complaint in this blog supposedly sent by one Mr Subash. However, it is true and the problem is aggravated and not cared for by sify. As a matter of fact Rana Internet gives a scant regard for these complaints and says 'live with the problem' and SIFY guys Ranjit Kumar and Thomas, though sweet and courteous care a dman little about the inconvenience. I am totally amazed that a socalled premier company 'sify' calling itself on par with intyernational standards remian oblivious of its commitment to customers. The call centre is not a 'customer service' it is 'cushtamer' (means provider of difficulties in Tamil). We seem to boast that privitisation is good but they seem to have inherited the indifference from Govt., contacts. god save us, falling prey to thse technological development.
