sify service is real pathetic.

I am sify broadband user since last 6 months. After this period i can that sify service is real pathetic. There local cable
service is much poorer. in these last six months most of the time there was no connection at all from the local cable
service. For last 6 days my broadband connection is down and there is no action has been taken till today(24Nov05). I have
made this complaint to sify customer care and local cable operators and still nothing has been done.
