usne inform nahi kiya.

see this is my complain letter to sify
Respected sir or madam
i am very much disappointed after taking ur sify connection service.b cause of ur Engineer Neglancy my windows xp 2000 file currupted.when he was installing the net connection my pc was hanged twice,and both time he restart it.my parents asked him that ye hamesha asia hi hoga kya? so he said no ye pehale aisa hota hai badme nahi hoga.or problem hote hue bhi he installed the connection.then within 45 minits when i loged in the computer hanged three time.and then the windows currupted.
then i called up the Engineer. He talked very rudely to me,he said aap ko samaj me nahi aata kya mai das bar bol raha hu, aap kyon paagal ke jaise baat kar rahe hai,ye hardware ka problem hai.
maine hardware Engineer ko bllake pucha to usne clearly bola ke ye hardware ka problem nahi hai.ye Engineer ke wajese hua hai.ke problem aayega ye usko pata tha par usne inform nahi kiya.
fir maine MULUND branch me call kiya to wahake branch officer ne bhi bahot galat tarike se chilla ke bat kiya,or kaha mai paise refund nahi karunga aap sify se le lena.
is this kind of service u r providing to ur customer.i have already launch the complain on the complain number par abhi tak koi answer nahi aaya.
i got the connection on 6th of january 1.00 pm and my pc crashed on 1.45 pm.that Engineer’s name is bheemashankar.
i am hoping that u will take some action on these 2 people and tell them to refund my money,and correct my pc.i am staying at mulund. and my cell number is 9819015239.
i am waiting for ur positive replay.plz look into this matter and solve it as soon as possible.
