Sify Broadband in Dwarka
For everyone who stays in Dwarka: I've tried Sify, Hotwire, Kanon [a local thing]; and none of them seems to know even what
service they are providing. Essentially, all of them are crap.
If u want what u can actually call broadband, go for MTNL or AirTel (if your society has the option). I've noticed that
these providers are really nice, and make broadband a better experience altogether.

Thats not true.I am a customer of hotwire for last 7 months.
Absolutely cool.
They provide 64kbps ulimited .
MTNL and Airtel are stupid. Always call and lots of trouble.
Well, I am using MTNL Brdband connection and it has been pathetic customer support. Well!! in line with Govt companies. so I am not surprised. Sify exp was not good either. but that was mainly problem with the local provider rather then at Sify end. I have not used Airtel or Hotwire so can't comment on that.
Yes, I too had a very very bad experience with SIFY. Customer service is very bad. In fact, they do not even respond back despite repeated complaints. I did not tried other providers. Beware of SIFY....
