experiences with sify

See I was a sify broadband your for more than 15months. i have a plesent experiences with sify. Ok
I know that they changed the plan limit in the mean while they informed the same to there customers and it was clearlly mention in there site sifybroadband.com also.. ok. As a customer its our duty to get the updated information about the service provider from whom we are getting service

you DO realise that sify packages are prepaid. so when they change their plans with retrospective effect to all plans already in operation, you are essentially no longer getting what you are paying for. Now while I am sure Sify must have a convinient legal loophole to weasel themselves out of something like this, it is definately down right crooked.
