Sify is a headache

Sify is a headache, shitty service. With BSNL broadband giving all the private ISP players giving a run for their money, one would think the ISPs would upgrade their service to a much more efficient level, but you would be surprised to know that Sify is taking it all very coolly. A friend of mine has a BSNL broadband basic serive (surfing pkg of 400 MB limit) but even then the local Tele exchange officer himself came and checked and rectified the problem when this friend of mine complained of not getting proper connection…go figure, one of the most laid back depts of India is giving such good service and look at Sify. They will send 2 different sets of people to collect money from one end of mumbai to the other, but when it comes to service, they will give you lame excuses like 1. We will look into it.
2. We are looking into it.
3. The techical team is looking into it.
4. It is a local hardware problem.
5. Our local technical team is looking into it.
Pathetic service.
Sify subscribers beware, you will only get 15 days’ of internet surfiing hours from a month’s package of unlimited service package.
