Sify for 7 months in Noida sector - 41

used Sify for 7 months in Noida sector - 41 and believe me Sify sucks. Seems the Sify people laying eggs and don’t have any time to look after customer. Teh cable operator are illiterate people don’t know how to run broadband service. When ever i tried to connect always found it not working. then you call customer support and they take 2-3 days to resolve but within an hour the connection becomes fine. I have reported the problem that most of the time its down so the problem is not of the moment but a big one where connection is not up always. So when u really need net its down, then what is the point of having it at the first place.
