Sify's true unlimited connection is a big big fraud

Sify's true unlimited connection is a big big fraud. They charge 1122 rs per month and the download speed that I am getting is 2-5kbps for normal file download. P2P is a not at all possible. I got cheated. I would advice please DO NOT go in for sify as they are a major fraud in the market.
