After reading the chain of mails…have decided not to take the sify connection…planning to go for BSNL,
let me know if u know any better provided…m new in chennai

I have sify broadband. I don't have connectivity for last 15 days. Error is BB 01 .I am spending hundreads of rupees for calling to customer care. Still there is no response.Service is worst and customer care is horrible. I would recomend not to take sify. "sify sucks"

Sify is the worst service provider and they are doing a major looting in the name of broadband providing. It is high time TRAI should cancel the license of Sify.
They have no right to be in business...
A fooled customer by Sify..No connection for last 25 days:-((((..and lost Rs.2000/- bcoz of them...

2.when ever the rain comes we r unable to connect the sify connection
3.Error is BB 01 .I am spending hundreads of rupees for calling to customer care. Still there is no response.Service is worst and customer care is horrible.
