SIFY sucks
SIFY sucks..
on on certain day i downloaded less than 150 Mb
but the system recorded a download of 550 mb on that one day itself
they deducted 11 days from my monthly subscription.
how did this happen ??? is a mystery.

Well this has happened to me once. This happens when your session does not break. You downloaded alot that night or the previous night? Then it's probably the reason. call sify, they won't respond, call 'em again till you get a response and ask 'em for a refund.
Hi I am also fucked up by sify connection. Fully faltoo I get subscribed on 13th August. and from day one its giving me Gateway error. And poor customer support they say that engineer will come in one day but I am still waiting from past 4 days there is no one.
Don't ever think of sify.

Download doesn't mean just download as done in song/picture downloading but it actually means any data transfer, including the one while opening a mail. So, do not blame sify. Want to suffer this again??? Try BSNL or any other fixed download limit pack.
