fed up with sify broadband.allthey say is high-speed broadband.but their service or product is nothing of that sort.mostly its not possible to access to internet,bcoz of connectiong errors at the local hub,incase if the miracle happened,then dont get too excited...bcoz getting connected to sify server is next to impossible.even all this happened on your lucky day,the speed of your internet connection willbe terrible.even if you have paid for higher speed connection.thats the kind of service sify broadband cable service offers.and the renewal process is a big joke.they will verify with you in sort of ways,like confirming with sms,repeated phone calls,but actually they dont do renewal.i guess they just sit and wait for some miracle to get automated renewed.the customer care service is the worst of all.you will have to go through the automated replies,very rarely someone turns to answer.not to mention the local service providers.all they know is only how to collect the money.and how to convince the prospective customers and get a good advance money,which they wont repay.its horrible in india these people are called service providers.i am unable to switch to another provider because i have paid a huge sum amount of money as deposit,and i hoped that things willbe better.but that was a mistake.however now im at the extereme end.its high time to switch over to some other service provider and chuckout sify...or even better kick out.i wonder with this kind of product and pathetic service how long sify can survive in the market?
