even i have a similar issue.

even i have a similar issue. in my case the local provider has almost vanished from our area. and we are left with out any connection now. when i went there and asked them about this, they are saying that they wont refund back the advance amount that we payed in.
If they are not providing the connection then why the hell they are not giving back the advance amount…
any similar issues guysssssss
what should i do now.
