Sify not that service provider who is playing games

Dear Sify , I have been using Sify for last almost 3 years , but now I am facing problems like 101 /108, every time I want to connect the Internet, & every time the cable found unpluged from the local service provider, I comlain on phone but no use I has to go personly only than the things are sorted out.You must take care of this problem becous I knew Sify not that service provider who is playing games , as he has started promoting some other broadband .
