Since day one, I could not ping any external sites. So, no way to check the condition of servers on which my sites are running. Their latest packages do not have one decent enough deal for daytime surfing. In addition, they throw in ultra pathetic clauses messing it even more.
3 days back they installed some stupid firewall, which has made file sharing practically impossible. Torrents are down and I cannot download Suse 9.2 from it. and to make it ever worse, today the speeds dropped down to 6KBps from routine 15KBps. The guy in the server room himself got 11KBps on a test system and found it to be pretty decent!
Have no idea, when they would realize that they suck and need to get a life. If this is their definition of broadband, god help their dialup users.
