Standard Service Norms of Sify in Navi Mumbai:

The 24 hr helpline 1600333330 is down 50% time.The new broadband client does something to kernel32.dll and the illegal operation stuff comes up, forcing you to stopit. I stored the old client installation program on my PC and every time install it and use it once. The second time the automatic update starts and the whole hell returns.

I just got Sify 64 kbps unlimited. Is it true that if you exceed 6 hours or if you exceed mroe than 150 MB in a day you are penalised for one day ? If this is true i am gonna call up their call centre and lambast those a*****.
