Mr. Ramaraj just eat our money

Its a one bastard company sify I must tell you. This top honchos like Mr. Ramaraj just eat our money and give interviews
here and there. They don't even look what public is facing. Customer care is just for name sake those people don't even
know abcd of things. In 24 hrs the connection remains up for around 15-16 hours and these hours are those when i don't use
the net. And the speed slower then a tortoise. Mr Ramaraj njoy on our hard earned money and don't care anything about the
service you provide.

hey I have one serious complaint that I would like you to post on your blog, if you can.

I am a regular user of internet from New Delhi. I surf for almost 6 hours daily. Before changing over to sify I was using a third party broadband ISP 'Hotwire' which was doing 'ok'. And now Sify had just introduced there broadband connection in the market, because I had used Satyam Dialup 2-3 years ago, me thinking that they must be providing the same kind of service in broadband also I changed to sify. But man believe me, on my very first day, I got to know that this fucking sevice was hopeless. My connection was 96KBPS but what I was getting was download speeds of not more than 9KBPS, a free fucking antivirus which deleted somany of my important files, saying they were virii, this fucking antivirus didn't even ask for my permission not even notified me. notified only after deleting the file.

As I am a geek I often exchange my hardware with my friends and one day I brought a D-Link NIC and installed it. now again this fucking sify service.. did u know this thing? .. It is a monopoly kind of thing even worse than Microsoft.. If you change your hardware you first need to notify them only then you would able to surf the internet through your new NIC. I had to call them and tell them that I have got a new D-Link NIC and this is my username this is my address this is my phone number and a wait of 1 and a half hour.
this all fucking shit in the name of security.

ok and now as the month was almost over and I had decided that I better use the old one 'Hotwire' which I now was considering a good connection comparitively not just ok. just two days before sify connection was about to expire I started downloading a 313MB file..guys I downloaded it in less than 20 minutes. Yeah believe me the speed that I was getting was between 400 to 450KBPS. this whole thing went on like this for the next two days and I downloaded lot of files in those two days and I was really impressed by the unexpected service that I was getting and I very happily renewed my sify connection this time rating hotwire as a 'not that bad ISP'! and the next day after renewal when I tried downloading a 3 MB file it took more than 20 minutes!!... now let's see what speeds would I get on 28th and 29th of August, exactly two days before my connection expires..
