SIFY (Satyam) broadband customer

I am a SIFY (Satyam) broadband customer from January 26, 2006. I have four separate broadband connections from SIFY . Ever since I got the connection, there are continuous disruptions in connectivity. Almost everyday i have to call customer care number which is not toll free, they give the same promises adn nothing happens. i just wanted to let people know how unprofessional and useless service SIFY provides. i am finally going to consumer court in pune, as i dont expect sify people to improve.

Please dont take TATA Indicom Broadband connection. They are liars and cheaters. They say it is broadband and you will be disconnected and connected to net for 20-30 times in an hour. They have the most incompetent employees who even doesnt know about TCP/IP protocol. PLEASE DONT TAKE A TATA INDICOM BROADBAND CONNECTION.
