tell me the way to recover my account.
myself staying at navi mumbai.as sify says the 64kbs plan have night unlimited download and sunday also unlimited.but they have deducted the days from my accounts on basis that i have used more MB on sundays.they have deducted 11 days from my account.so plz help and tell me the way to recover my account.

hi. am also one of the suferer of sify.i paid Rs.3000/- as installation & advance.used for 3-4 months .on an avg. for a month i didn't get net for more than 20 days.i made several complaints but the response was poor.can i know what r the legal actions can i take to get back the deposit.
