horrible customer care with absolutely no knowledge about anything

hello everyone,
I am sure many of you usng sify broadband are experiencing the same problems as i am. horrible customer care with absolutely no knowledge about anything. i took the 256 unlimited 24 hours connection paying 1100 bucks and the main reson obviously is downloads. I am not able to use any torrent clients like utorrent or azureus reason being the NAT error. no open ports. i have been calling the customer care department and they are not able to do anything about this issue. i read a post on the same page where a person called the customer care asking them to open port 6346. they are not reay to do that or maybe they dont know anything. What should i do now? any suggestions pls mail me.
