NEVER EVER apporach SIFY or you will end up crying everyday.

For couple of months i had unlimited night and day[restricted to 150mb]. No problem there.
Switched to unlimited night time package for 6 months. All problems started.
Everytime it rains it seems the switch box gets roasted.
Give a call to Customer Care, they land at your doorstep after 5-7 days.
Email to top bass at Sify, you get a call from customer care.
No network connectivity in a month for 15 days. Money paid Rs 500/month. So that means Rs.250 gone down the drain.
If you are planning on getting an internet connection, NEVER EVER apporach SIFY or you will end up crying everyday.

Well I had continuous disconnections and now they will not renew my account because their associates want to leech the maintenance chargeā€¦.

The truth is there is no maintenance done , it is not mentioned in any tariff plans, this is pure cheating

One of the worst service provider is SIFY its better to have a dial up line than SIFY broadband
I want to discontinue this, is there any other way to get back the Rs 2000 which i paid for installation charges

i am getting bugged with this sify connections (almost all the time i get an same error - BB101 - there is no speed in the connections !! ....... please never ever use Sify.... at home

my sifi connection is almost two months old and has hardly worked for 15 interrupted days. Local area connection provider and the sifi guys are all big swindlers insensitive to the woes of clients. A concerted effort by sifi dissatisied clients in consumer fora is the only way to teach these suckers a suitable lesson.Lets friends come together.
