worst service which we ever came across in life is Sify Broadband

The worst service which we ever came across in life is Sify Broadband. This is because we find that there is no one to take care about our complaints lodged in your customer care center. We also keep on calling the local centre people but all your technician are least interesed to sort the issue. They just say us that they will be visiting our office shortly. But non one turns up. We just fail to understand what are these people up. Most of time we also send our person personally to call the technician at time we have noticed that the technicians are just sitting doing nothing and they say we will be visiting the office soon. How soon God knows. When we complain to the head of the department even he is ill manered. They are all just enjoying the family time. Since last 3 days our internet is not working. At this rate it has become difficult to run our organisation. We are looking forward for the concreat solution how soon the complain would be responed and what about the number of days the internet not working. In each month there are 30 days and about 15 - 17 days the internet is always out of service.

We want one the higher authorities should revert back to us.
