incompetency by Sify Broadband and ICC cable Network in Pune
Hi Folks,
Its been 4 months of utter frustration and display of incompetency by Sify Broadband and ICC cable Network in Pune.
Every single day that i get on the net, i get this stupid error as “BB 101- UNABLE TO REACH GATEWAY”. I have lodged numerous complaints with Sify and the local cable guy who has installed the connection. BUT I AM STILL WAITING FOR A PERMANENT SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. If i get the chance, i will get this article in the newspaper !!!

Sify is offering broadband at Pune thru ICC.
I am using this Sify service from 4 months and find that the brand associated with Satyam and quality of service have no match.
As a service provider i find sify completely incompetent with ICC. There is usual power failure, not able to reach gateway. ICC does not have a power backup also. They have charged 2000 bucks but the service and support is just not worth it. You call them and lodge a complaint and thats it. No client focus.
I must state its time for Sify to reconsider doing business, options in this space are increasing.

Do you hav SIfy Broadband Technical People Phone number in pune? i mean ICC people..??? if so please send it to subhashs_in@yahoo.com, from last 2 months my net is not working properly...fedup with customer care..so now i will try with technical people directly...if u hav the number please send me...
