i want know your right custome care number. mai bhut paresan ho chuka hu aap ka net lagvakr. mujhse life m agar sabse badi koi galti hui hai to vo hai sifybroadband lagvana. koi achhi sirves nahi customer care ka number lagta nahi. line man phone nahi recive karta.
speed btaker di thi 192kbps pr ati hai 15.2,16.5highest isse uper kabhi nahi aati……

sify broadband weblink

I completely agree with the one commented on Weblink. Yes Sify is not worth mentioning, they do not provide power backup but PLEASE never take a WEBLINK connection. They say its a wireless and give you all sorts of guarantees while applying for connection BUT their 'wireless' never has range. I think Reliance broadband or Hathway or any other service that really stands by their word should come in Dombivli East area and hit weblink and sify badly. Weblink says 'System has a problem' if net is down or less speed (not even 1/4th of what package that is taken). Please don't rush for these internet connections instead spend money and heating their pockets best is to go to cyber cafes until a reliable ISP comes. We all need to come together and kick these off from this area. Thanks guys!

Sify Broadband user

I am a Sify Broadband user for past 5 years. The service is good. Only sometimes it fails due to unavoidable circumstances, like some months ago there was a cyclone. Then they occasionally shut it down for maintenance. Whenever there is a breakdown I call up their Mumbai Office number or Kalyan Local number and they promptly respond. Only problem I have is that they do not have a easy payment facility. Earlier they used to come and collect the amount from home but now it seems that service is discontinued. Only way I can make payment is to ask someone with credit card to pay my bill. I am fed up of asking others for a favor. I requested them many times to send someone to collect payment; they always make a promise to send someone but till this date for past one year no one has come. I am disgusted on this account and I am searching for another good service provider.

sify iway sucks

I had browed at trichy junction bus stand sify iway,having recharged for Rs.50.,twice my session had to be logged out in 7 minutes and 15 minutes wherein the browsing charge had been deducted twice with 12.50.,

When the problem was with the cafe incharge boy,who had not attended to my problems inspite of my several requests.

It is understood that it was wantedly done as they could gain by wasting the time of a member.

It is really shame on the part of the leading net cafe like SIFY IWAY.

Iam waiting as what action would be taken to re-imburse my wasted browing hours and charges.

Sify Broadband Service Charges

As a cTO m telling you that these Sify people are not paying us anything other than just 25%.They donot support their CTO’s at all.In customers eyes as a CTO we are earning hard lot of money from them But in case if you see it from CTO’s prospective changing of cables switches,hubs,maintaining lines ,paying salaries and other expenses,its not possible for a CTO to sustain in the market in such a way.We are just a mediators and beared rs.80000 losses in one quarter.one single rain or storm and all the line went down.we had to 2 change all the devices some local broadband players came in the market and offered a bit of higher salary to linemens and all the linemens after seeing so much work load went away.Sify people never bothered to provide us niether technical support nor financial support revenue wise.Being highly qualified but still we had to move on roads and climb up those poles on our own to make them function.It took 3days.But in customers eyes we are at fault.Tell is Sify at fault or we…….??????…………………
