we had problem both with your service and with our computer

I have a Broad band Account at 7B HIG Flats, Swarnim Vihar, Sec 82, Noida - A/c Name : indumukund, Product code QAU1. I enrolled on 10/09/05, but within two days we had problem both with your service and with our computer. Before this could be set right we had to leave on tour outside Delhi and returned only by end of Sep. We asked you to consider waiving the charges for Sep. We have not received any reply, though you said you would consider the same.
For the last few days, we find that we are not getting proper service. More particularly the service is not availble early mornings and till 8 or 9 a.m.nobne seems to attend to the service.
pl look into the same and let us know action taken by you. Call: 9810497764.

sify is not a Broadband

HI Friends sify is not a Broadband..because first of all that 150 mb limit and second thing that never gives more then
8kbps ....

If anyone knows and tricks to do download without getting counted please tell me..............

hi when i use supersify i am getting this message "receive data format error" and i cannot login.but ican login using the
sify broadband client though.so can u tell me what i should do since with this error i am unable to use other software like
keep-alive etc.

local service provider

im using sify net ay my residence my user id is vs_mahendra

there was some problem with that i have informed the local service provider and after that i have complaint to the sify
also but no action has been taken so far why.....?

i want sify officails to look into this matter and resolve it b4 i move to consumer court for my infringement of my right
as a customer ..

CTO of Sify in Gaziabad

I am CTO of Sify in Gaziabad, this not only problem to sify customer only, Sifyâ?? CTO will aslo facing problem with Sify,
Sify peoples are very fraud, when the sign you the promise a lot to support you, but after sign sify will no more, no
support. They are only interested to sell ACU. they are not intrested to not customer sutisfy.



This probleb is not with me 80% CTO will facing this problem, so SIFY BROANDBAND thought that customer and CTO are Fool,
they are only intrested to make money, i am working with sify last 1 and half year, itâ??s a froud comapany total.



If company give CTO to proper support, then after CTO will give you proper survice,

We talk to senior person Mr. Punit Sharma, they are also speak like foolish , can u explain CTO's role in your organization,. All the problem comes from the SIFY people only. The work of Sify is very different . the thought and the work,
i am so terrorize by your side that is am not able to understand what should i do , in that case i might close my all connection, because i have no option left by you guys.. please do some thing in this regards.

Please do fare business with CTO's , if you cheating with CTOs, I don't think SIFY company will survive any more, because this common problem this every CTOs.
Don't appoint people like Mr. Gourav Dabra, they make Name of SIFY to ……..., they are only interested to make money ( Apana Pokect Garam Hona Chhahiye baas, SIFY will go ….) on behalf of SIFY, they say give me some money and i will give u ACU in your favorite area , they don't think about SIFY. when I was sine up to sify I am very positive, but working with sify, I seen, SIFY have very polluted management team. No team management, no commitment, only cheating , no responsibility, every person bleam to other,
where we go ????? , who will take care of us,
These people making frighten between two CTO, not other provider ( like Airtail, Tata, Hotwire,, etc) we people fight with each other, and ultimate the profit will gose to other provider.
What is this??? , Is this your business strategy ???
We are fighting with sify CTOs only, not other provider
It is possible with SIFY only (not other broandband provider) – one day u wake up in morning and see one or more ACU will setup near to your ACU,
This type of business only SIFY people can do, they are expert in this.
We have list of CTO's who are facing same problem with SIFY,.

I am not at all satisfied by the service provided by Sify local service provider in Noisa-Unisert Infocom

Sify quotes 128 and 256 as broadband

lol!! I guess u express all of our opinion in this log. What the companies dont get is there is a difference between broadband and hi speed (if we call it hi speed). Sify quotes 128 and 256 as broadband… thats hilarious… Will there be a time in the near future we would get a 3mbps speed?… that remains the question. Oh and Re 1 per MB is so fuckin cheap…. You download a 3 CD GNU/Linux distro and u’re charged Rs 1,500 approx. Oh my how cheap!

cheating

This sify guys really are atrouble and i a soon moving out ofit. I bought a pack for 256 kbps and i ve been getting barely 28 kbps. that also in lean hrs. even after numerous complaints they have done nothing . they jsut say “oh! yes we know the problem” uphh..this sucks.
I m surely moving consumer court for this as it amounts to cheating and/or breach of contract..anyone similar hassles.. join in

worst service which we ever came across in life is Sify Broadband

The worst service which we ever came across in life is Sify Broadband. This is because we find that there is no one to take care about our complaints lodged in your customer care center. We also keep on calling the local centre people but all your technician are least interesed to sort the issue. They just say us that they will be visiting our office shortly. But non one turns up. We just fail to understand what are these people up. Most of time we also send our person personally to call the technician at time we have noticed that the technicians are just sitting doing nothing and they say we will be visiting the office soon. How soon God knows. When we complain to the head of the department even he is ill manered. They are all just enjoying the family time. Since last 3 days our internet is not working. At this rate it has become difficult to run our organisation. We are looking forward for the concreat solution how soon the complain would be responed and what about the number of days the internet not working. In each month there are 30 days and about 15 - 17 days the internet is always out of service.

We want one the higher authorities should revert back to us.

pissed off with this sify service

i am really pissed off with this sify service. i stay in dombivli west my daugther is doing engineering and for my
daughter's more use of net i took sify net but when she is free at night time .she is in last year for the sake of
project she needs net.she discuss things with her friends or at that time she sits on net for study pruposes the net is
always closed. then what is the use of this net sevice? we have only have to call the sify office then the phone bill is
same then what is the use of cable net.at the time of ganpati the net was closed for 10 days and now 5 days over the net
is closed atnight . we get the connection of net from a building so i always there is some problem in building. so i
request u tel the owner of our net provider to give new connection. my area is kopar road dombivli(west).
