download speed decreased

Yes indeed when it is 48 kbps â??unlimited(150 mb per day )â?? plan i used to get b/w 9-11 kbps.But now in 64 kbps â??unlimitedâ?? with increased price of the package download speed decreased and locked at 7 kbps;inaddition to this 1 day decrese for 150mb download and 1 more day for every 25 mb.And even they did not informed this.I lost my 1 month pack in 15 days

sify service is real pathetic.

I am sify broadband user since last 6 months. After this period i can that sify service is real pathetic. There local cable
service is much poorer. in these last six months most of the time there was no connection at all from the local cable
service. For last 6 days my broadband connection is down and there is no action has been taken till today(24Nov05). I have
made this complaint to sify customer care and local cable operators and still nothing has been done.

I agree with Sushubh. One should know what to demand especially when one is paying money. As for people with shit standards
I dont care much about them. "How to adjust with Indian standards" is such a hollow generalization. Its about time some
people saw some high quality in India.

i was a sify user in navi mumbai. Kharghar.. these people s*** ,when i got my connection i told them i was going to
shift,they came to my new place and confirmed the connection now they say there are less connections in my new locality so i
wont be provided with a connection, i was even ready the bear half the cost of getting the equipment set .. these people
really screw my brains .. in a way we should boycott these conections to teach them a lesson..

SIFY a terrible broadband in India, I wasted my rs 5000 getting connection for my home, and the LAN operator--MR INDERVEER,
provides a connection that disconnects at some or the other point, excuses wiring fault ji, line kharab hai, electricity
nahin thi.......ooooof sify what d hell have u done??? and ur customer care damm rubbish, i made complaints 10 times but the
promises are all left in vain!!!!! surprising sify is a blue chip company of india............NEVER GO FOR SIFY I WUD
SUGGEST, AIRTEL IS OFF COURSE THE BEST!!!! atleast it keeps u connected........

suffering with connectivity issue

IT fraud of india

Sify is the biggest branded IT fraud of india.my rs.850 connection of 256 kbps yields me a best download speed of 6
kbps!!!!Of the 24*30 or 720 hrs a month its supposed to be online.....its online only for a maximum of 300 hrs.many people
are suffering the same in my locality in kolkata.And as for the gag that CTOs are responsible for the poor sevice i say f**k
off bastar u son-of-a-sify-employee.i suggest u switch over to BSNL or Reliance.......far far better.I am off to BSNL.......

I have found out a solution. Instead of the Client provided by sify, use the one named EasySify. It is a great one written
by someone other than Sify. Search on google about downloading EasySify and you will get their website. Its completely free
and all the takes care of all the problems with sify broadband.

Well, every body is cursing the sify people, but i have something good to say about sify, am using sify broad band
connection from past 8 months now and beleive me am quite happy about the service they are giving, I just have one question-
do sify provide their servers name for outlook express.
