I am also a victim of Sify BB

Dear Nikhil,
I am also a victim of Sify BB at Delhi I have recharged My Sify BB on 18 July for unlimited package.On 21 when I logged in .It says “you acount is expired ” unbeliveable . There call center persons doesn’t know anything abt the techinalities.They will ask that some one will contact you from there technical department but no one will call u again.
I want to lodge a complaint against sify in consumer court, can some one help me.

sify has had a history of poor customer service

Hello everyone..
what I understand from this blog is that sify has had a history of poor customer service and an even poorer technical team..Friends,I am also a Sify Broadband user..
rather an aggrieved user…cause my broadband is not working from the past one week…15 phone calls and several chat sessions later all I have is a crap complaint number..
The truth is that sify has failed in its commitment to provide Quality “broadband” to its customers..for that matter no private broadband operator in India have lived upto our expectations..However,I see that our very own BSNL/MTNL has been able to provide a reasonably good and reliable broadband service at half the price …
My suggestion to all who want to switchover to Sify is that dont expect much..This is India…No one is going to treat you like king…If you want broadband go for BSNL or MTNL or wait for one more year till Reliance comes up with its version…Happy Surfing!!!
