I got Sify broadband connection Plan

I am Sumit Ghai. I got Sify broadband connection Plan:INR [500(registration) + 330(monthly)] on date 22-Dec-2007 at my home 1/109, Vaishali, Ghaziabad . They disconnect my connection on 23-Dec-07 and asked me to pay INR 500 extra to enable it again.
I been to there office. They said, I was using there login credential. However, I was logged-in as per Sify executive advise.
Could you please let me know where I can complaint on this?

sify bb in chennai

we also having sify bb in chennai(koyambedu) always we are facing the connection problem with sify and local cable operator jknetwork. If the fibre cable got disconnected accidently they took minimun three to four days to reconnect it. Not only the cable cut problem we are facing the daily server down problems. Local cable operator not having a sifficient work force to rectiufy the problem. really it is a worst connection

terms & conditions of Sify

With the 150MB data limit, there is also another catch that nobody knows. If you carefully read the terms & conditions of Sify. It says that if you are using the net for more than 6hrs then you will not be considered as home user and considered as commercial purpose. Hope you understand what commercial purpose mean. There will be higher tariff for commercial users.
When TRAI has mensioned that Broadband means min.256KBPS of speed and 24X7 online connection. How can these stupids can limit that to 6hrs, 150MB per day.

case against sify

Hi,
Is there anybody in Mumbai to join me to file a case against sify. Please join me.
Here is the problem I faced.

I renewed my account on 19th November 2007. I used it on 20th night. on 21st morning when I tried to connect, it said ” Unable to connect to gateway”. So as I was quite hurry to move to office, I disconnected the cable and kept my laptop in locker and went to office. That day (21st Nov) after coming back from office, I used the net. But when I tried to connect on 22nd Nov(Just 3days after renew) morning, it said your account has been expired.
Shocked by this I referred my session details, it shows that I’ve used the net on 21st morning 8:00AM to afternoon 3:45PM and in that period my usage is 903MB. So the account got expired (As there is 150MB limit on which 1day will be deducted for every extra 25MB).
I’ve called customer care, mailed them stating my problem, they are just dumb. and still arguing that I’ve used net and downloaded 903MB. How can I fight back and teach them a lesson. As you’ve already won the case, you are the hope for us. Please help me.

Worst service…People who love to wait will go for sify…Right from oct 30 th im having an issue..til today November 30 ..i dont know how long im going to wait
