Mr. Sandeep is not providing proper service

Mr. Sandeep is not providing proper service in my area that’s why i have to with draw my internet connection . And address of Mr. sandeep is E- Block Rajajipuram ,Swarn Internet Cable ,I can reject no. of connections under my request.
Kindly check this problem with in 4 hour my mobile no. is 09305541527.my I.D is imran_lda_293 due to lot of problem I am complaining directly .

i am a customer of sify broadband in bangalore.
Sify service is the worst part.
i am facing the error BB101 from 12-04-07 and even now the problem is not resolved.
I know the exact problem,, our local cabel operator is switching of his server because of lightening, and says his device will get damaged.. It is really a crap.
He cant do anything for this.
I am complaining this problem to the customer care daily and spoken to notless than 12 customer care executive and all of them have registered complaint, but there is no response from there side.
They will only come for the RENEWAL of account.
they are only thinking of making money and not providing the good service.
I OPENLY SAY THAT SIFY IS A BIG FRAUD AND A CARELESS COMPANY,,, AND THE CABLE TV OPERATORS ARE BASTARDS…
can anyone guide me how to get rid of this hectic.

realising my MAC ip binding
who pays for internet now …. hahaha
i told them to let me use the old protocol and go on GNU

PLEASE DONT EVER GO FOR SIFY

Friends, Honestly speaking, PLEASE DONT EVER GO FOR SIFY internet connection. Thats the WORST EVER service I had ever seen in my lief. Just thw worst.
I paid 1000 rupees installation charges and also took Rs.350 internet package. I didnt even use 10-15 rupees out of it. The service is down for 15 days and no one is repsonding on it. I made atleast 20-30 calls and sent 50 mails in 15 days. every time I get an apologixe message. They neither give my money back nor provide service.

sify is a big cheater

everyone of u is absolutely right sify is a big cheater.
In night its impossible to get the speed.atleat an hour per day u just cannot connect to the server.
I have another TATA Broadband 64 kbps (truly unlimited)connection for my son’s computer. it is P3 and have 128 RAM but still works faster than sify 64kbs while my computer has 256 RAM and 3.06GB processor. More than that they charge 468/= per month and sify charges 620/= per month.
their connection is prepaid and wireless without any problem. and for sify 3 to 5 days they have intercontinent underwater cable break problem, as well as local cable problems too.
their customercare people talk to u like theydont care for anything or anyone not even the CEO of their corporation.
u could simply say WAH! kya service hai.

I am a new sify broadband customer

Hi All,
I am a new sify broadband customer.
I have read the comments regarding the sify service, so it seems the service is not efficient.
But in our locality as there is no other service I was forced to opt for this.
I have a query regarding some problems.
Sometimes at night I am getting the problem
” System Error: Ip address conflict:
there is an IP address conflict with another system on the network ”
Could anyone tell me what might be the reason for this type of problem, so that it helps to troubleshoot this problem or else is this error lies with the service provider.
I never changed the IP Address on my system when this problem occured.
Looking up for your support……..

Sify services is pathetic

Sify services is pathetic.. Even I have stuck in the same way .. I have paid 2000 thousand rupees as installation charge .. and I am fedup of having this connection .. 5 days in a month connection will be down and for that I am paying 1122/- per month. Customer care is worst....with great difficulties if we open call the call will be closed next min. But the issue will be there for more than 5 days. There are no managers / superviser/ team leads in Customer care who can take the escalations.

I have to look for someother option ... It has created lot of problem for me. In spite of paying 1122/- per month .. I will be calling customer care atlease 8 times in a month on an average from my mobile it will take minium 20 - 30 mins. which will take me extra 240/- for phone charges. Inspite of shouting to customer care .. Nothing is going to happen.
If any one can help me to get that 2000 rupees back .. I will take that and run...:-(

mate I suggest please go for BSNL .. If they delay in getting the connection also no need to raise calls with customer care every month you will reduce this kind of tension atlease 80 percent. Please take my words .. k
