frustrated SIFY Customers

Hi
I am another one of those frustrated SIFY Customers. My SIFY account got renewed on 12th June, and had asked for a technical guy to be sent to my place for the installation and all. Its already been more than a week and there is no sign of the technician. When i call up Bangalore office they say its not our problem , its ur problem , contact customer care if you want the problem to be rectified. Customer care never works in their case, each and every executive either says that the problem would get rectified or hang up the phone. I had also talked to a supervisor and had told her give me my refund or send someone immediately, she said we are sending someone and even she has dissappeared. I am amazed that even Private companies can provide such pathetic service. Can anyone provide me idea as to how i should deal with this problem?

Hi All,
I am the MOST MOST MOST frustrated customer of Sify.
I met the accident recently and not able to walk,so I got approval from office to work from home and taken the Sify broadband connection with installation charges 1800 plus monthly rentel 1122(unlimited).I didnt find a single day the sify broadband works properly.I made calls daily 3 to 4 times to custemer care and local sify person.No one gives the proper response including local sify person.They switched off the cells also.I really vexed with Sify connection.Dont go to Sify broad band connection forever please.
Sify broad band caption changed from “Who hates to wait” to “Who loves to wait”.
I cant experss how much frustrated with Sify broadband connection.

After reading the chain of mails…have decided not to take the sify connection…planning to go for BSNL,
let me know if u know any better provided…m new in chennai
