Sify is the worst SP ever.

Service sucks… absolutely no ownership… CSRs actually tell u take a hike if you call in with a problem!!!
U’ve rightly mentioned that Unlimited packs are not really unlimited.. and worse still now they tell me that since it’s a family package… it’s shared!!! I’m hoping it’s just their ‘misinformation’ this time!

Sify broadband is really big name worst service in india.I have been in this frustation since october 2007.Our cable operator in punjabi bagh is really a m””””cker.They are just making money and wasting our money.
can any one suggest me how to shoot all these money minded dogs in delhi.
About Sify, that a shit …..and if its continue someday this company wud beone road..

Sify being an indigenous Indian company

For a country like India that is supposed to be ahead in IT etc., Sify being an indigenous Indian company, is nothing but a disgrace to our country. Inspite of the innumerable complains posted in a number of forums and websites, they seem completely disinterested in improving their service. They seem to be living in a world of their own. Sify provides pathetic customer service, bad connectivity, they have no refund or reimbursment policy. They will deduct one days internet access if a customer crosses the 150 mb limit, however they will not reimburse the customer for any downtime caused by their sub-standard network and servers, no matter how long the downtime may last. But at the end of the day, Sify is not the only one to blame for such pathetic service, but regulatory authorities like TRAI etc. are also responsible for turning a blind eye to the situation. Lack of a proper monitoring system and no communication channel for consumers to approach the regulator is what let’s companies like continue ripping their customers off.

Hi, I have recharged my sify account thru internet n i was not aware that line charges have to pay extra to the dealer. Few days back the dealer’s guy came & asked for line charges. I said him that i will confirm from Sify Customer Care that whether i have to pay eatra on not. But the Sify dealer has blocked the access without infroming me. Is this the service you guys cater to the customer?

114000rs,from me as a signing amount
i have furnish my shop as per companies requirement
it cost me 125000rs but they failed to provide connection
i have serve notices to this fraud company
after six months they only gave me 87000rs
my request is all of you to aware of this fraud company

I have bought their connection just 4 months ago and its surprise to know that i have spent 1856 Rs on phone for just complaining to them.I have taken the unlimited plan.This is just a headache to me.I am fed up with **kutte ke pille**sify broadband.
Can any one tell me who ”hutiya is the owner of this kamini company who doesnt need any more business.
I really wanna shoot these kamine log who ignores the people voice.
These shud be stoneed death or shud be hanged nude and let dogs to suck their private parts.
I really wanna to do this with the gandu manager of this company who holds a good office in delhi but not caring for his customers.

Sify is really fraud

, I have taken 256 kbps plan with maximum 1GB download in a month. But Even I surf very litttle and doesn’t download anything its shows 50MBs have been downloaded. Even I dont open internet explorer it shows around 30MBs downloaded in half an hour.
I am now looking for other options like airtel, mtnl and tata etc. They must be better than sify.Sify is organization of bunch of fraud people

I’m done with these damn Sify guys..

I’m from Thavarkere, Bangalore.
My nightmare began when I applied for Sify connection. In no time one guy popped up and took the money after registration. It’s almost a month now, and almost everyday I spend 10-20 Rs. calling them. But even the cable-laying guy don’t show up, let alone get the login ID..
If not for that money paid, I would spit on their face…
It’s such a mental torture.. affecting even our everyday life..

SIFY BROADBAND of 128 KBPS

I am a SIFY CLIENT, USING THE SO-CALLED SIFY BROADBAND of 128 KBPS - for the last THREE YEARS APPROXIMATELY. My experience is one of the worst, with SIFY and constantly, by an average, 4 to 5 days there is NO service of net connection occuring regularly and RECENTLY THERE IS NO SERVICE FOR 10 DAYS AND THEIR SO-CALLED TECHNICAL TEAM AND LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE ARE NOTHING BUT FARCE AND SIMPLY TAKING THE CUSTOMERS LIKE US FOR GRANTED AND CREATING WORST EXPERIENCES SO FAR.
Sify is nothing but a company who treats the clients in a most despicable ways and every body passing the buck to some other instead of actually redressing the customer’s complaint and I am planning to take the issue to the consumer court and also to the department of consumer affairs of the government of india.
I strongly advise, other potential users of the broad band connection, think many times before going to sify service. That is all I can say since, I have been suffering such a ill treatment for years from SIFY.
THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER-CARE SERVICE.
ALL THEY HAVE ONLY CUSTOMER-DONT-CARE SERVICE AND ALSO WHO-CARES-THE-CUSTOMER. PLEASE THINK MANY TIMES, BEFORE GOING TO SIFY SERVICE FOR BROAD BAND USAGE. THIS IS MY REQUEST.
