poor service and they do not care for customer

ihad sify broadband connection for last one year. but i tell you they had very poor service and they do not care for customer also.now i am taking reliance broadband it has launced recently in our area.and there charges are reasonable. they are giving a speed of 1mbps for just 600 rs and it is a dsl connection.

Sify Broadband in Dwarka

For everyone who stays in Dwarka: I've tried Sify, Hotwire, Kanon [a local thing]; and none of them seems to know even what
service they are providing. Essentially, all of them are crap.



If u want what u can actually call broadband, go for MTNL or AirTel (if your society has the option). I've noticed that
these providers are really nice, and make broadband a better experience altogether.

PUVITH RAJAN Suchitra field Manager/Engineers

This is Manjunath Thandu with CA (Computer Associates Int.) residing in Mogappair Eri Scheme, Chennai-58. I am having some serious problems with your lack of service.

I had given a check on 23rd NOV 05 for the broad band connection and was told that the connection would be given in 5-7 days.

I spoke with one of your field Manager/Engineers PUVITH RAJAN for three days requesting him to have the wiring done. SORRY TO MENTION THIS, I HAVE NOT SEEN AN IRRESPONSIBLE & A DISGUSTING PERSON LIKE HIM IN SUCH A DESIGNATION. When I questioned him about the delay in connections, he had the cheek to reply â??Sify will not loose anything if one customer like you takes back the connectionâ?? (in exact words).

On the 8th day, I had to talk to one of your Customer care Managers Suchitra. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL. I would really appreciate the efforts and follow ups done by Suchitra for the Initial wiring process. A field engineer who had come to my place in the 1st week of Nov did the wiring, but he was not able to complete it as the SWITCH was 180 meters away from my house. He promised to have the setup completed the next day. But no one has even bothered to enquire about the same.

I would appreciate some immediate action on this issue.

using sify is a bad experience for me

hi all using sify is a bad experience for me , i dont want u guys to go for sify , the reason is 1) download limit,2)much
lesser speed then what u have paid for,3) NO proper customer care service.

OTHER GOOD ISP TO GIVE CONNECTION IN OUR AREA........

I STAY IN MALLESWARAM , I SUSCRIBED TO SIFY INTERNET IN APR 2005 FROM THEN MY PROBLEMS HAVE STARTED , THE CONNECTIVITY IS DOWN ATLEAST 15 DAYS A MONTH. SIFY CUSTOMER CARE CALIM WILL COMPENSATE TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT KEPT PROMISES. THE LOCAL CABLE OPERATOR THEY HAVE IS A THUG AND COME AND ABUSES ALL THE LADIES IN THE HOUSE WHEN IAM NOT AROUND. AVOID AVOID SIFY FOR HEAVEN SAKE.

sify just boasts abt. it,s services and does nothing

I am a sify user 4 past 1 month.I have realised that sify just boasts abt. it,s services and does nothing. U can’t run p2p on it.U have 2 have their anti-virus.It doesnot recogmise the avast antivirus which is better by leaps and bounds from their trend micro.Their service is very attrocius except for the time of installation and collecting money. I think that my dial-up connection far much better slow though.Once i was not able 2 connect then the lineman came and uninstalled my anti-virus and i had 2 format my system. Is this the service we are paying for?

SIFY’s erratic behaviour all over INDIA

I dont know the solution to SIFY’s erratic behaviour all over INDIA , but for HYDERABAD citizens i can tell you there is this “regional office” of sify Ph.no 55319370/55319571 where we can decide to meet on a perticular time of they day and resolve the issues.. im sure the sheer number of people with complaints will send some chill down the sify spines !!

if you guys have a better solution please let me know im ready to support the cause!
